Asking for help can be hard and finding a therapist that is a good fit for you can be even more challenging. I strive to meet my patients where they're at as well as respect their needs and wants. I've been told I have a calming effect and I stay calm during difficult sessions. Most patients feel they leave these sessions better than when they arrived.

I treat everyone as an individual, utilizing their own personalities and strengths, I develop an individualized treatment plan that fits their specific goals and needs. I provide evidence based therapies including but not limited to cognitive behavior therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT). For OCD, I use exposure and response prevention (ERP)
